Do I need any software or ERP like Tally or Zoho?

No. QuickEstimate works on its own — all we need is your price list (Excel or PDF) and WhatsApp, both of which you already have. If you use Tally or an ERP later, we can connect to it, but it's completely optional.

How does it know my rates?

During setup we load your own catalogue and price list. Matched products use your saved rates. Review product matches, quantities and applicable GST before sharing; supply rates for unmatched items.

My enquiries are messy — photos, half lists, voice-style text. Will it work?

Yes, that's exactly what it's built for. Send it however it comes. Anything unclear is flagged for you to confirm before the quote goes out — so a quote never leaves with a wrong item.
